How to setup WeeTablet
Follow the listed quick simple steps to setup wee tablet.

1- Switch on the tablet
2-Click on the wee launcher (if not started automatically)
3-Enter parent details in parent registration & submit
4-Enter Kid info & submit (You can also setup another kid after initial setup from kid dashboard)
5-Click on kid & you are ready to start the fun.

How to update WeeTablet
To get the latest updates for wee tablet, follow the below steps:

1-Go to parent zone
2-Enter you parental password (The password which you provided at parent registration)
3-Click on settings
4-Click on software update
5-Click on check for update
5-Now if update is available for you tablet , the tablet will download the updates & prompt you to install, once it complete download.

I am not able to login parental mode
If you are unable to login the parent zone is because of the password you are submitting for login,  might be incorrect.
If you didn’t remember the password for parent zone , follow the below steps to recover:

1-Click on forget password  (It is available right below the text box , where you enter password)
2-Enter the email . (The email which you provide us at the time of parent registration)
3-As you submit , We’ll send the new password on your registered provided email.
4-Enter that password & Login to parent zone.

 

WeeTablet is asking again for registration
If your existing used tablet is again asking for registration then follow the below steps.

1-Take a snapshot of the IMEI Sticker , stick behind your tablet or on the wee tablet box.
2-Email us on support@thetinytapps.com , with your tablet both IMEI number present on sticker with the subject as “Wee Tablet is asking again for registration”.
3-Our team will resolve it & will notify you via the email or phone provided.

I am not able to open locked tiles in funworld
The activities or stories or games in fun world are kept as locked. It will not open unless you purchase it through coins that you have earned by playing activity.
* Check the minimum coins require to unlock the activity.
* If you didn’t have sufficient coins then play the activity & you can earn coins after completing it.

I am not able to register parent on weeTablet
If you are not able to register parent on wee tablet then follow the below steps:

1-Make sure you are entering all the details in valid format & providing all details required.
2-Check whether your tablet is connected to WiFi of working Internet.
3-If it is not showing any response but the processing for a while then you might using slow internet connectivity.
4-Check whether your tablet is giving any response after submitting detail like :

Invalid IMEI or Already registered
then :
4.1-Take a snapshot of the IMEI Sticker , stick behind your tablet or on the wee tablet box.2.
4.2-Email us on support@thetinytapps.com , with your tablet both IMEI number present on sticker with the subject as “I am not able to register parent on weeTablet”.
4.3-Our team will resolve it & will notify you via the email or phone provided.

Activity not getting launch
If you are trying to launch any activity in subject section in any level & it is not launching/starting then follow the below steps.

1-Go to  parent zone
2-Enter you parental password (The password which you provided at parent registration)
3-Click on settings
4-Click on software update
5-Click on check for update
5-All the missing activity apk will be download for your tablet , the tablet will download the updates & prompt you to install, once it complete download.

Game not start when tap on kid
1-You might not have setup any kid, if not then setup the kid.
2-If Kid already present then Go to parent zone
2.1-Enter you parental password (The password which you provided at parent registration)
2.2-Click on settings
2.3-Click on software update
2.4-Click on check for update
2.5-The tablet will download the updates & prompt you to install, once it complete download.

Unable to register Kid
If you are not able to register kid on wee tablet then follow the below steps:

1-Make sure you are entering all the details in valid format & providing all details required & DOB greater than 02 years with profile picture.
2-Check whether your tablet is connected to WiFi of working Internet.
3-If it is not showing any response but the processing for a while then you might using slow internet connectivity.
4-Even if failed to register than please email us on support@thetinytapps.com , with your tablet both IMEI number present on sticker with the subject as “Unable to register Kid”.
4.3-Our team will resolve it & will notify you via the email or phone provided.

Unable to open locked activity in funworld

Dictionary not found
1-Click on anyone kid from kid dashboard.
2-You will see the play button & photo of kid on screen at home screen.
3-on the left side of play button , the book button is located.
4-tap on it & you are all set to use the picture dictionary.

How to open parental zone
To open parent zone , click on parent zone button located at kids dashboard.

1-Enter that password.(The password which you have provided at parent registration)

How to access parental zone when password lost
1-Click on forget password  (It is available right below the text box , where you enter password)
2-Enter the email . (The email which you provide us at the time of parent registration)
3-As you submit , We’ll send the new password on your registered provided email.
4-Enter that password & Login to parent zone.

How to update my parental profile in weetablet
1-Click on parent zone & enter your parental password to login.
2-Click on settings
3-Click on update profile & submit.

How to update kid info
Locate on kids dashboard, where you see two different kids.

1-Tap & hold on the kid you want to update.
2-You will see to option as ‘Modify’ & ‘Delete’.
3-Click on modify & update the desired info in the form.
4-you can also change profile pic for kid , by tapping on kid & selecting the any one from available.
5-Submit

How to check other apps, apart wee learning in tablet
To access tablet apart the wee system.
1-Open parental zone
2-Click on the android icon appeared in bottom bar when you submit parent password.
